We invite women and gender non-conforming artists to join our collaborative. We are particularly focused on artists from BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities.

What kinds of products is HANA looking for?

We are looking for unique, small-batch, handmade home decor items that reflect quality and authenticity. This includes ceramics, textiles, wall art, and other decorative pieces.

What support will HANA provide to its artists?

HANA will provide holistic marketing campaigns and a platform to showcase your work and brand. We also offer support in product photography, descriptions, and customer service for subscribed members.

Will my products be exclusive to HANA?

Products that are available through other platforms are welcomed on our site, but we require one exclusive design to be a HANA artist. Please contact us to discuss the details.

How will my products be marketed?

Your products will be featured in curated collections on our website, promoted through our social media channels, and highlighted in our marketing campaigns (email blasts, paid advertising on social media and search engines, and OOH advertising).

How are sales and profits managed?

Sales and profits will be managed through our integrated software platform. There is a 15% processing fee on every sale that captures 3% credit card, 4% accounting/processing, and 8% marketing fees. You will have access to an artist dashboard to keep track of your orders, payments, and analytics.

How does shipping work?

Shipping is the responsibility of the artist - makers need to provide shipping rates for each of their products. HANA provides branded shipping labels and stickers for use on all orders.

How are returns handled?

All return inquiries are sent directly to the artist, who is responsible for communication and processing with the customer. See our Returns Policy for more information.
