RETURN POLICY

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return or refund for items that are unused and in new condition.
We’ll acknowledge your return or refund request within 48 business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Pacific).
Once approved, your return will typically be processed within 48 hours after we’ve received and inspected the product. Some cases may require additional time.
What Can Be Returned?
Defective or Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or doesn’t match your order, it’s eligible for a return or refund.
Order Errors
If we make a mistake, like shipping the wrong item, we’ll gladly fix it with a return, refund, or replacement.
Change of Mind
Returns for reasons unrelated to defects or errors are generally not eligible. However, we’ll review these cases individually.

Refund Process
Approved returns will be processed within 14 business days, and you’ll receive either a refund or a replacement product based on your preference.
